Notaries will be able to create preliminary or final real estate lots of properties with identification, ie in areas with an effective cadastral map. This will happen on a proposal of the Notary Chamber, approved by the Minister of Justice, published in the State newspaper. This shall provide proposals for amendments to the Law on Cadastral and Property Register, published for public discussion on the portal for public consultation. With the amendments the government wants to accelerate construction of the cadastral map, as it is envisaged to use the map of recovered property.
Currently, real estate lots in different judicial districts are created by order of the judge. For the entries in responding to requests for registration of acts which have the object real estate transactions for which there is a cadastral map and which have identifier.
