Starts rehabilitation of the central street in Bansko, said from the press office of the municipality. On On 5-th of March commence the project “Architectural layout of Gotse Delchev street” and square “24 May – Bansko”. The estimated value for the rehabilitation of the entire downtown street is 4 million levs, of which 350,000 levs are provided by the State. Construction – installation work will begin with the implementation of the first stage – the area between the “Hristo Chernopeev” street and “Glazne” street. The first sod will be made by the Mayor of Bansko, Georgi Ikonomov on 5-th of March at 11.00 am at the top of the street.
It is planned to be built beautiful water effects, recreation and more. Contractor is “Unity Bansko 2014” and activities will be completed by August. Still have to be selected contractors for the next two stages.
