The platform allows active citizens to report on specific issues in the city and get quick feedback from the administration. By “I-mayor” can quickly and easily to capture and report various problems: pollution, damaged roads, improper parking, technical malfunctions, abandoned animals, crime, or any other problem that the user would like to send to municipal officials.

“Citizens who use the app can monitor whether the municipality is working on solving the problem and whether leaving your comments below created report. This is another channel through which to communicate with local residents about the problems in our city.
