In 2015 is the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Bulgarian Federation of Arm Wrestling, and host of the state championship anniversary – Bansko is where this sport starts to be an extremely popular, said from the press office of the municipality – host. The championship will be held from 27-th to 29-th March under the patronage of the Mayor of Bansko – Georgi Ikonomov. Assen Hadjitodorov, founder and leader of the Bulgarian Federation of Arm Wrestling, since 2012 and president of the World Federation considered quite natural his hometown of Bansko to host the tournament in year of the jubilee.
For the upcoming competition is expect over 300 competitors from Bulgaria, who will compete in the following groups: boys and girls, men and women, veterans and people with disabilities – men and women.
