The small enterprise will be built next to the hotel complex “Katarino Spa Hotel”, also owned by the developer.

The project envisages building a massive building on a level that will have a built-up area of 37 square meters. The total area of the site will be 614 square meters.
It is expected to produce up to 20,000 liters of beer per year. The main fermentation of the beer will be from 3 to 7 days, and the cooling and aging of the green beer will be between 10 and 20 days.

The four-star Katarino Spa Hotel near Razlog will open soon after more than a year of renovation. The total investment in repair works reached 14 million leva.
The ambition of the owner is to offer a high quality service to its guests. Visitors will be able to ride bikes and ATVs in the mountains, ride horses, play tennis. The hotel also offers indoor and outdoor pools and a range of spa treatments.
Over 90% of the food offered will be of proven quality and issued ecologically clean product certificates as it will be prepared in the hotel’s dairies and farmhouses. Live beer will be another focus of the attitude that hosts will offer to their guests.
