Almost 10 hours of ski party will mark the official start of the winter season in Bansko next Saturday. On December 17 there will be a lot of ski, and a lot of music with the biggest – Krisko!
As every year, the “Join the champion’s team” campaign attracts the most interest. More than 100 people have signed up until now to join the legendary Fritz Strobl, who will be visiting for the first time, and Marc Girardelli, who is an honorary citizen of Bansko.
Everyone is looking forward to the “Treasure hunters” attraction; this year the big prize is again the keys to a brand-new Audi. Krisko will lead the party at Banderishka.
“We offer well-prepared ski slopes. With the current temperatures around -10, the slopes are optimal. I ski every day, and I am inviting all Bansko fans to join in. This Saturday we are also opening the ski road to Bansko, the ski slope 10, and the “Tomba” slope. Next week we are opening more slopes. The winter surprised us in a very positive way this year. It started snowing, the temperatures were around -10, which is excellent for the 400 snow cannons. It took us more or less 10 days to prepare what we want every year. For the last 8 years the winter has not come so early. The prices of the ski cards remain unchanged.”, explained Ivan Obreykov, marketing director of “Ulen”.
